Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Shaadi.com membership plans and services.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Follow up with interested customers and handle objections.
Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM details and ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass (HSC).
Minimum 6 months of recent telesales experience is mandatory.
Positive communication skills in both Hindi and Marathi.
Robust convincing ability, sales knowledge and customer handling.
