Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain the companys financial products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular support.
Assist customers with account opening, KYC and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and service requests.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups and customer information.
Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Good convincing, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.




Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge of financial products, stock market and investment services is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Comfortable working in a voice-based sales/customer relationship environment.
Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Stock Market, BPO or Telecalling backgrounds will be preferred.
