Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve new business acquisition targets through lead generation, client handling, and relationship building.
Develop and execute strategies for contract staffing, IT staffing, domestic staffing, and staff augmentation services to meet client needs.
Identify new clients and prospects for growth by networking within the industry and leveraging existing relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive recruitment landscape.
Job Requirements :
4+ years of experience in sales management or senior sales role in the recruitment/staffing industry.
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful client acquisition and retention.
Robust understanding of IT staffing, contract staffing, domestic staffing, lead generation, and recent business development principles.
