Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end real estate operations, including post-sales, construction and technical approvals.
Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, SOPs, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams, ensuring achievement of operational, revenue, productivity, and service-level targets.
Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, CRM, Compliance, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
Monitor operational performance through MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and periodic reviews, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile
15+ years of real estate operations experience, with substantial experience in a senior operations leadership role
Deep knowledge and current relevant experience of DCPR 2034 & UDCPR Maharashtra
Hands on experience in construction management and post sales operations along with necessary knowledge of legal and commercial frameworks.
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or a related specialization preferred.
