Requirements

Required Skills

✔ 8–10 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

✔ Solid expertise in Positive Time Management.

✔ Hands-on experience in writing and reading PCRs (Personal Calculation Rules) and Schemas.

✔ Experience configuring SAP Time Management using PCRs.

✔ Solid knowledge of Absence Quotas, Absences, and CATS.

✔ Experience working in an AMS support workplace.

✔ Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or HP ALM.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

➕ Experience in Canada Payroll or other SAP HCM modules.

➕ Knowledge of Negative Time Management.

➕ Experience supporting global SAP HCM implementations.
