Description
Build and manage performance of current and existing franchises in alignment with operational goals.
Track installation of recent deep freezers in coordination with the sales team.
Raise spare parts requirements & ensure their optimal usage across locations.
Monitor asset repair status and manage deployments as per sales team requests with approval from Head MEM.
Maintain stock of current and refurbished deep freezers at depots and track MEE-wise spare part usage.
Track complaints, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain TAT, and record resolutions MEE-wise.
Supervise TADA, attendance approvals for MEEs, and vendor bill processing in coordination with the MIS executive.
Coordinate with business heads for routine department activities and business support functions.
Review complaint status daily and submit TAT reports weekly and monthly.
Oversee repair operations of E-carts and Push Carts across the assigned region.
