About the role
The Eternal Wave is an established property of serviced apartments and villas in Calangute, Goa, that has run successfully for over seven years. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead the property into its next phase of growth. You'll have full ownership of operations, sales and guest experience, and you'll report directly to the owners.

What you'll do
Lead day-to-day operations across front office, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and security
Grow revenue through OTA management (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Airbnb), pricing, direct bookings and partnerships with travel agents
Improve guest reviews and ratings across all platforms
Lead and develop the existing team, and hire where needed
Prepare budgets, costing and monthly reporting to the owners




Keep the property maintained to a consistently high standard What we're looking for
6+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in hotel operations, with experience as a GM, Resident Manager, AGM or Front Office Manager
Proven track record of growing occupancy and room rates, especially through OTAs
Experience with boutique or resort properties in Goa is a solid plus
Comfortable running a lean team and being on the floor, not just in the office
Hotel management degree preferred
