We are looking for a Project Associate to support ongoing legal and compliance projects, including data privacy and DPDP compliance assessments for a project-specific engagement of approximately 4 months. Responsibilities
· Review client documents, processes and existing practices.
· Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure timely project delivery, where necessary in office at client’s premises
· Conduct legal research
· Assist with assessments, reports and recommendations.
· Draft policies, notices, contracts and other legal documents Qualifications
· LL.
B. or equivalent law degree.
· Prior experience or interest in data privacy, technology law or legal compliance.
· Positive legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Engagement Details:
