15–16 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Dermatology & Aesthetic Dermatology Job Summary Dr. Behl Skin Institute & School of Dermatology is looking for an experienced and clinically strong Senior Consultant Dermatologist with 15–16 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, strong expertise in aesthetic dermatology and advanced procedures, and the ability to mentor junior doctors and lead clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct dermatology consultations and independently manage complex cases.
Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans for dermatological conditions.
Perform advanced aesthetic and dermatological procedures.
Guide and mentor junior dermatologists and clinical staff.
Maintain high standards of patient care, documentation and clinical protocols.
Participate in clinical case discussions, training and academic activities.
Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in dermatology. Key Procedural Expertise Experience in:
Lasers – CO₂, Nd:YAG, Diode, Excimer
Botox & Dermal Fillers




PRP & Skin Boosters
Chemical Peels
Microneedling / Dermapen
HIFU
Acne & Acne Scar Treatments
Skin Biopsy, Cryotherapy & Cautery
Vitiligo Procedures
Dermatological & Aesthetic Surgeries Eligibility
MBBS from AIIMS / premier medical institution – AIIMS preferred.
MD/DNB in Dermatology from a reputed medical institution.
15–16 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Additional fellowship/training in Aesthetic Dermatology, Lasers or Cosmetic Dermatology preferred. Desired Candidate Profile
Solid clinical and diagnostic acumen.
Intelligent, analytical and clinically confident.
Excellent patient communication and counselling skills.
Solid leadership and mentoring abilities.
Ethical, qualified and patient-centric approach.
