Job position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across PAN India.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer releases, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
• Assist with HR Generalist activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR operations. Key

Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Experience in IT/technical and non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple PAN India hiring requirements.
• Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
