About the Job Propack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for pharmaceutical process equipment and engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have robust vendor management skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and experience sourcing engineering components, fabrication materials, and industrial equipment. Key Responsibility
• Source and develop recent vendors for engineering materials and equipment.
• Handle end-to-end procurement activities.
• Float RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely material procurement.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Stores, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement MIS, purchase records, and documentation.
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
