Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors and partners for PROCON 2026
•
Run outreach over LinkedIn, email and phone, and follow up consistently
•
Pitch sponsorship packages and support negotiations through to closure
•




Invite and coordinate with speakers and delegates
•
Maintain the outreach tracker and share regular progress updates
•
Support on-ground coordination on the event day
•
• What we're looking for
•
Solid spoken and written English; confident on calls and in meetings
•
Interest in sales, business development, partnerships or events
•
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, Excel/Google Sheets
•
Self-starter who can handle targets and follow-ups
•
Freshers and MBA Marketing graduates welcome; prior experience in event sales or sponsorships is a plus
