Key Responsibilities
Handle Import CHA documentation for Sea & Air shipments
Prepare checklists and file Bill of Entry through ICEGATE




Coordinate with customers for required documentation
Check HS Codes and shipment details
Track shipment status on ICEGATE and provide updates
Coordinate with shipping lines for shipment-related activities
Manage complete Customs Clearance documentation and procedures

Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience in Import CHA Documentation Valuable knowledge of Sea & Air Import Customs Clearance Good email drafting and communication skills Knowledge of ICEGATE and HS Codesment details, updating systems, and resolving documentation-related queries. The role also requires monitoring shipment status, supporting compliance checks, and contributing to process improvements in the documentation workflow.
