We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development qualified to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, and online platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client consultations.
• Manage follow-ups, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs,



investors, and HNIs.
• Maintain lead records and sales pipelines using CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and smooth handovers. Skills Required:
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B/B2C Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills; Gujarati is preferred.
• Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Positive negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
