• Manage international key accounts and serve as the secondary contact for customers across assigned European markets.
• Lead customer-facing coordination for recent product developments from initial concept through design, sampling, approval, commercialization and launch.
• Collaborate with NPD, design, mould, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams to translate customer requirements into feasible product and delivery plans.
• Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate demand planning, production priorities, dispatch requirements, and supply-chain activities with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate import and export requirements, shipment planning, customer documentation and logistics communication for international orders.
• Monitor customer feedback, quality concerns, and service issues, and coordinate corrective actions with quality and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, prospect, quotation and pipeline information in Salesforce and SAP to support visibility and forecasting.
