Job Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily coordination and customer follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order status updates.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Communicate professionally with customers through calls and emails.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
