Role Description The Service Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves coordinating and delivering after-sales service for machinery and equipment. The Service Executive will document service activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs. Daily responsibilities also include communicating service updates to clients, supporting service process improvements, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role requires close coordination with internal departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Sr. position

Base location Kolkata and Siliguri both are available. Travelling will be applicable (in east zone, North Bengal, Northeast etc.) Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to manage client interactions effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for both verbal and written correspondence.
• Candidates should possess solid Organisation Skills for scheduling, record-keeping, and managing multiple service requests.
• Prior experience in service operations, industrial machinery, or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in Kolkata and travel locally for client visits as needed.
• Basic technical understanding of machinery and willingness to learn product specifics.
• A ITI or Diploma in engineering is preferred.
