We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying suitable opportunities and preparing documentation to submission and follow-up. The candidate should have good knowledge of government/private tenders, portals, documentation, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial information.
Prepare and submit EOI, RFQ, RFP, and tender documents within deadlines.
Manage online tender submissions through platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Prepare bid-related documents, including company profiles, declarations, undertakings, authorization letters, and compliance statements.
Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial bids.
Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, and bid-opening dates.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs,



security deposits, and other tender-related documents.
Coordinate with finance, sales, technical, legal, and management teams during the bidding process.
Monitor tender results and assist with post-bid clarification and negotiation activities.
Maintain a database of tenders, competitors, pricing, and outcomes.
Ensure all submissions comply with tender terms and company policies.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of tender preparation and bid submission processes.
Experience with GeM / CPPP / e-procurement portals is preferred.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Valuable written and verbal communication.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Valuable attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
