Legal Advisor – Chit Fund Company

Job Description:
Provide legal advice and guidance on chit fund operations and business activities.
Review and verify legal documents, agreements, and customer-related records.
Prepare legal notices, replies, and case-related documentation.
Handle overdue chit payments and coordinate legal recovery proceedings.
Coordinate with advocates, courts, and legal authorities regarding pending cases.
Monitor legal cases and maintain case status reports.
Advise management on applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and legal risks.
Support the preparation and review of chit agreements, bylaws, and other legal documents.
Ensure branch operations follow applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist management in resolving customer disputes and legal issues.
Prepare periodic legal reports and update management on case progress.





Requirements:
Degree in Law (LLB) is preferred; qualified advocates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in legal advisory, documentation, and recovery matters.
Knowledge of chit fund laws and financial services regulations is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate with advocates, courts, and branch teams.
Willingness to travel for court visits or branch-related legal work, if required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
