Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise residential construction projects, including apartments, high-rise buildings and housing projects.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Monitor project progress, material consumption, labour productivity, and construction schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Review civil and structural drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Manage contractors, vendors, and site manpower to meet project deadlines.
Assist in project budgeting, cost control, quantity estimation, and billing verification.
Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of residential projects.
Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion and handover of residential units.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.




5–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a residential real estate developer or construction company.
Solid knowledge of residential building construction, RCC structures, finishing works, and quality control.
Experience in contractor management, site execution, and project coordination.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools is preferred.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with residential real estate developers.
Experience in apartment projects, high-rise residential buildings, or housing developments.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
