Source and procure mechanical components, raw materials, fabricated parts, consumables
Float RFQs, obtain quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers.
Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, Quality, and Stores departments for procurement activities.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of purchased materials.
Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, quality issues, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.




Track inventory levels and assist in procurement planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and vendor data.
Support cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineering.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
