Job Description – CRM / Inside Sales Executive

Industry: Diesel Generator / Manufacturing
Location: Bhopal / Mandideep
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Data Management

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer and sales data in CRM/Excel.
Track leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Regularly follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead status and customer requirements.
Maintain daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
Update CRM records accurately and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for order status, delivery, and customer queries.
Identify pending and inactive leads and ensure appropriate follow-up.




Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective lead tracking and coordination.

Significant: This is a 100% desk-based Inside Sales/CRM role. No field sales or regular travelling is required.
