Job Description – Sales Head

Dealership: Suzuki, Indore
Position: Sales Head
Experience: 7–8 years in the automobile industry, preferably in two-wheeler sales
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and dealership revenue.
Monitor daily sales performance, enquiries, test rides, bookings and conversions.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and maintain CRM records.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Monitor competitors, local market trends and promotional activities.




Coordinate with the management to prepare sales plans and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership sales processes.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the two-wheeler segment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling a sales team.
Solid leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales planning, customer relationship management and market development.
Target-oriented, proactive and capable of managing a high-performance team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
