Role Description

This is an in office, full time position for a Tele Sales Executive based in Kochi. The role includes reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and explaining the company’s products and services.



The Tele Sales Executive will also handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company’s strategic sales objectives while maintaining accurate records of calls and sales in the system.

Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Customer relationship management experience and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Proficiency in tele sales strategies and excellent phone etiquette
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
