Ashdon Interior is a leading commercial Interior Developer in pan India. With a focus on systematic and aesthetically pleasing solutions, we optimize spaces to enhance the user experience.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head to manage end-to-end procurement for interior works. The role involves vendor management, onboarding, rate negotiations, cost control and timely delivery of materials and services across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors, suppliers, trade contractors and Labour Contractors and Labours across interior fit-out categories.
Negotiate competitive pricing, annual rate contracts, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Manage purchase orders and ensure all purchases align with approved drawings, BOQs and budgets.
Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials at sites.
Monitor procurement costs, identify cost-saving prospects and maintain accurate procurement records.
Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure quality, compliance and timely resolution of supply issues.
Maintain vendor databases,



rate comparisons, purchase records and procurement trackers.
Lead and guide the Purchase Executive to ensure productive procurement operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in vendor management, rate negotiations and handling multiple material and service categories.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software or systems.
Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
3+ years of prior relevant experience

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
