Job Summary

Earn Marks is an education academy providing online educational programs for Plus Two and Degree students.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, follow up with leads and convert interested students into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Counsel students and suggest suitable educational programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.




Achieve assigned admission targets.

Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good Malayalam communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Previous experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling or Telesales will be an added advantage.
