Manager – Multi-State Co-operative SocietyOrganization: Kairali Agriculture Multi State Co-operative Society Ltd.Job Title: ManagerDepartment: Administration / Operations / Business DevelopmentJob Location: As per branch requirementJob SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, experienced, and target-oriented Manager to oversee branch operations, manage employees, develop business, and ensure the smooth functioning of the society in accordance with applicable co-operative laws, rules, and organizational policies.Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
Supervise, guide, and motivate branch employees and field staff.
Develop business strategies to achieve branch targets.
Promote savings schemes, recurring deposits, and other approved financial products of the society.
Increase membership and build solid relationships with shareholders and customers.
Monitor collections, deposits, business performance, and branch reports.
Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and timely submission of reports.
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently.




Coordinate with head office and senior management regarding business and operational matters.
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular team meetings.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit procedures.
Identify recent business opportunities and improve branch performance.

Qualifications
Any degree from a recognized university.
qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Management is an added advantage.
Experience in banking, co-operative societies, finance, sales, or branch management is preferred.

Basic accounting and financial reporting.
Computer knowledge, including MS Office.
