Maintain accurate product information, stock availability, and inventory records across online platforms.
Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor order cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Track daily sales, product performance, stock movement, and order status.
Update product prices, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns as required.
Ensure proper size charts, product descriptions, and images are uploaded for all garment styles.
Monitor marketplace performance and follow platform guidelines and policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Identify prospects to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and online sales.
Support marketplace promotions, seasonal sales, and current product launches.
