or farming, to buyers in Pune. Target buyers include business owners, senior professionals, doctors,

NRIs, HNIs, retired specialists, and people who want to farm or build a second home on their own land.

Convert qualified leads from pre-sales, digital campaigns, referrals and channel partners into

land sales.
Understand each buyer's goal (capital appreciation, farming, second home, legacy asset) and

match them to the right parcel.
Conduct site visits: explain location, access road, water, soil, surroundings, growth drivers and

appreciation potential.
Present explicit investment logic: land cost per acre, comparable rates, infrastructure upcoming

nearby, and holding horizon.
Negotiate price and payment terms within the approved range and close deals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
