We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Collection Executive (Telecaller) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in debt collection or credit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, reminding them of outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collection.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM systems.
Educate customers about billing details, payment terms, and consequences of non-payment.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Negotiate and finalize payment arrangements when required.
Escalate complex cases to the senior team as per company policy.
Achieve monthly and weekly collection targets.




Adhere to compliance, confidentiality guidelines, and company protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller in collections/recovery (Mandatory).
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling/CRM tools.
Target-oriented with valuable problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
