Job Title: Gold Loan Sales OfficerJob Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to promote gold loan products, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in gold loan sales or banking/financial services are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire recent customers for gold loan products.
Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months of experience in gold loan sales or financial services preferred.
Experience with Muthoot Finance,



Manappuram Finance, or other gold loan companies is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered, if eligible for the role.

Qualifications
Any Degree or relevant qualification.
Experience in banking, NBFCs, gold loans, or financial services is preferred.
