Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Negotiation & Purchasing: Get quotes, compare offers, negotiate pricing and terms, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Order Tracking & Logistics: Monitor shipment schedules, handle delivery follow-ups, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure on-time arrival.
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory records, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready procurement records, check invoices (three-way matching), and ensure compliance with company policies and GST/tax regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, production, and store teams to align purchases with business needs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
