About the Role

We are looking for a confident and articulate Tele caller to follow up on leads generated through our Meta ads and other digital advertising campaigns. You will be the first point of contact between our company and interested prospects, introducing our services and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads received through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and other digital campaigns
Introduce the company and its services clearly using the briefing and script provided
Understand each prospect’s needs and qualify them based on interest and requirements
Convince interested prospects and schedule meetings with our team
Handle questions and objections politely and professionally
Follow up with leads who do not respond or need more time
Update call outcomes,



lead status, and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM or tracking sheet
Share feedback on lead quality to help improve our ad campaigns

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
Robust convincing and negotiation skills
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Valuable listening skills and quick thinking
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools)
Self-motivated and target-driven

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
