We are looking for a customer-focused Solar Sales Consultant to drive residential rooftop solar sales, convert leads into bookings, and build customer relationships across Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities
Convert residential rooftop solar proposals into confirmed bookings.
Follow up on current leads, existing proposals and referrals through calls and WhatsApp.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits to close sales.
Explain solar perks, PM Surya Ghar subsidies, BESCOM net metering and warranty coverage.
Build relationships with homeowners and apartment associations.
Maintain sales records, follow-ups and conversion reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in residential rooftop solar sales.
Experience in both phone-based sales and face-to-face customer meetings.
Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar subsidy and BESCOM net-metering processes.
Fluency in Kannada and English.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and attend occasional weekend meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
