Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on inquiries.
Follow up with customers regarding sent quotations and pending responses.
Maintain quotation records and update status regularly in Excel.
Handle email correspondence with clients in a skilled and timely manner.
Perform cold calling to potential customers during free time to generate current business leads.
Maintain customer database and update regularly.
Generate basic sales reports and MIS in Excel.
