We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller Cum Counsellor to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right services.
Key responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing clients by phone to explain available services.
Understand client needs and provide clear, relevant information and guidance.
Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or centre visits.
Maintain accurate call records and update client information in the system.
Meet call, follow-up, and enrolment targets while maintaining a helpful, skilled approach.
Coordinate with the centre team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales.
Robust spoken communication and active listening skills.
A patient, empathetic, and skilled manner.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.
