Job Description

Zoi Hospitals is looking for a skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Team Lead to manage physiotherapy services, lead the team, and ensure quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient departments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team and daily departmental activities.
Assess patients, plan treatments, and monitor rehabilitation progress.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare specialists.
Ensure quality patient care, proper documentation, and adherence to hospital protocols.
Manage staff schedules, team performance, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
BPT from a recognized institution; MPT preferred.
3–4 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
Prior team handling or supervisory experience is mandatory.
Solid clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
good exposure of ortho cases is required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
