Product Development: Lead the development of current rubber products, from concept to commercialization.
Product Design: Collaborate with design teams to develop new product designs and prototypes.
Material Selection: Select suitable materials for current products, considering factors like performance, cost, and sustainability.

4: QC documentation knowledge such as PPAP and APQP must.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute testing product to validate product performance and quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product deliver.

Skills
Industry Trends: Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and standards.
Sustainability: Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices in the rubber industry or Plastic Industry.
Customer Needs: Understanding of customer needs and expectations, including quality, performance, and cost.
