Role : Junior Finishing Engineering
3 to 5 years experience
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day finishing activities including tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, plastering and joinery
· Quality Control: Inspect completed work against architectural drawings, track defects and ensure prompt snags/rectification before flat handovers.
· Contractor Coordination: Manage site contractors, labor strength, and daily output to meet strict project timelines.
Material Management: Track and requisition finishing materials, monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
· Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and coordinate with project managers and interior designers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
