The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, with a solid focus on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-procurement portals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, compliance adherence, and proactive coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and successful tender submissions. Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Sourcing
Monitor GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals for relevant opportunities.
Maintain a tracker/database of live tenders and submission deadlines.
Document Management & Compliance
Collect, review, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Proposal Preparation & Submission
Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather inputs.
Draft structured, transparent, and competitive tender proposals.




Upload bids and supporting documents on GeM/e-procurement portals within deadlines.

Post-Submission Activities
Track tender status, respond to clarifications, and assist in query resolution.
Support negotiation, contract finalization, and documentation handover.
Process Improvement o Contribute to standardizing templates, checklists, and compliance matrices. o Suggest improvements for efficiency in tendering workflows.
