We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to manage relationships with individual CXO-level clients in a B2C environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate service delivery and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with CXO-level clients and understand their individual needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Coordinate service delivery, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and meet client expectations.
Provide strategic guidance based on clients’ professional backgrounds, goals, and requirements.
Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Resolve client concerns and manage escalations promptly and professionally.
Develop client success plans to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications,



or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client success, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
Experience managing CXO-level or senior executive clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of client relationship management and service delivery.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in luxury services, premium client servicing, or other high-touch service environments.
Experience managing individual clients and delivering personalized services.
