Job Title: Telecaller
Job Location: Magneto Mall, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
Follow up with potential customers to generate leads and business opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by management.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant departments when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Ensure skilled communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:



12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Ability to convince customers and handle calls confidently.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Perks
Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month.
PF: Provided by the company, subject to applicable eligibility and rules.
