Key Responsibilities
Receive cash, cheque, UPI, debit/credit card, and other authorized payments from customers.
Collect payments for vehicle sales, servicing, spare parts, accessories, and other showroom services, as applicable.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile physical cash with billing and accounting records.
Deposit collected cash into the company's designated bank account as per company policy.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Accounts departments regarding payment-related matters.
Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents before processing transactions.
Maintain records of customer payments, refunds, advances, and outstanding dues.
Ensure the secure custody of cash, receipts, payment records,



and other financial documents.
Report cash shortages, excess amounts, discrepancies, or suspicious transactions immediately to the reporting manager.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer data.
Follow company policies, internal financial controls, and audit requirements.
Assist the Accounts Department with daily closing, cash verification, and other assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; a graduate degree or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
