Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with robust expertise in Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination between business, risk, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project governance activities, including steering committees, working groups, project plans, and status reporting.
Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, Trading, and Technology teams.
Track project progress and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
Support strategic initiatives related to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk.




Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets project management.
Robust experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis.
Hands-on experience in Front Office Risk projects.
Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, risk management processes, and risk frameworks.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
Experience working with global investment banks or financial institutions is preferred.
PMP certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with Front Office, Trading, Market Risk, or Risk Change teams.
Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.
Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
Immediate to 30 days' notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
