Key Responsibilities:

Engage Customers: Approach walk-in buyers warmly to introduce textile items, collections, and brand value. Demonstrate Products: Show fabric features, explain quality and pricing, and guide customers through product selections.

Drive Sales: Meet daily and monthly promotional and conversion targets by actively persuading customers to purchase. Report Activity: Track and share daily sales outcomes, customer feedback, and competitor pricing/activity with supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Personality: Outgoing, confident, friendly, and approachable. Skills: Solid verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.

Physical & Availability: Ability to stand for long retail hours and work versatile shift schedules (including weekends or festive seasons).

Experience: Prior experience in textile retail, sales, customer service, or event promotion is preferred (freshers with positive communication may also apply depending on store openings).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
