Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Positive knowledge of interior finishing works and materials.
Planning, coordination, and quantity estimation for interior projects.
Ability to prepare and verify bills, BOQs, measurements, and contractor bills.
Positive understanding of current market rates for basic civil and interior materials.
Knowledge of material costing, rate analysis, and quantity calculations.
Ability to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Experience:
Billing: 1 year (Preferred)
