Educational Qualifications
Ph.D. in Psychology or a relevant specialization is mandatory.
Master's degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates must satisfy the applicable UGC regulations and institutional eligibility criteria.

Experience
Prior teaching experience in a recognized college or university is preferred.
Research experience and publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.
Guide students in academic projects and research activities.
Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications.
Mentor students and support their academic development.




Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and departmental activities.
Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department.

Required Skills
Robust subject knowledge and research expertise in Psychology.
Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in research methodology and academic writing.
Ability to mentor students and work collaboratively with faculty members.
