Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the RMC plant.
Ensure timely production and delivery of ready-mix concrete.
Supervise plant operators, drivers, technicians, and other staff.
Monitor concrete quality and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team.
Manage raw materials, stock, and inventory.
Ensure proper maintenance of batching plants, machinery, and equipment.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, transport, and site teams.
Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Prepare daily production, dispatch, and plant performance reports.

Requirements:
Experience in managing an RMC plant or concrete batching plant.
Robust knowledge of concrete production, plant operations, and maintenance.
Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage manpower, production schedules, and dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
