​Role: Trainee AR Caller – US Healthcare RCM
​Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
​Training Structure: Month 1 = Unpaid Skill Development Training; Month 2 Onwards = Fixed Salary of ₹15,000/month.
​Eligibility: 10+2 or any Graduate. Freshers with positive English communication skills.

​Responsibilities:
​Contact US health insurance payers to track medical claim statuses.
​Explicit claim denials and assist in re-submitting billing accounts.
​Log all call outcomes accurately into the system under strict HIPAA guidelines.

​Requirements:
​Fluent English communication skills.
​Mandatory availability for full night shift (7 PM – 5 AM).
​Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
