Spare Parts Inventory Management
Maintain proper stock of spare parts, accessories and consumables.
Monitor stock levels and identify rapid-moving and slow-moving items.
Ensure proper storage, labelling and arrangement of spare parts.
Parts Issuing and Billing
Issue spare parts to technicians and the service department as per approved job cards.
Prepare parts invoices and ensure accurate billing.
Verify part numbers, quantities and descriptions before issuing items.
Stock Inward and Outward
Receive spare parts from suppliers and verify them against invoices and purchase orders.
Update stock entries in the system.
Maintain records of goods received, parts issued, returns and transfers between branches.
Coordination with the Service Department
Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to identify required spare parts.
Ensure the timely availability of parts for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Follow up on unavailable parts and pending requirements.
Stock Verification and Control
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Identify and report stock discrepancies,



damaged items and shortages.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent loss or misuse of parts.
Purchase and Replenishment
Prepare spare parts indent requests based on stock requirements.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts Manager for replenishment and urgent requirements.
Follow up on pending orders and back-ordered parts.
Customer Handling
Assist customers with spare parts enquiries and availability.
Provide accurate information about part numbers, prices and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the billing team for customer purchases and returns.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain stock registers, invoices, issue slips and return records.
Prepare stock and parts movement reports.
Update inventory details in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or other inventory software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
